Who we are

GymOS is software operated by [TwoQM legal entity name], [address] ("we"). Contact: [support email].

These terms apply to gym owners and staff who use GymOS to run a gym ("you", "the gym").

The service

GymOS provides tools to manage members, memberships, classes and appointments, check-in, payments through the gym’s own Stripe account, staff time and payroll exports, and coaching.

During the beta, features may change and the service may be interrupted. Do not rely on it as your only record of business-critical data; use the export in Settings to keep copies.

Your account

You are responsible for your staff accounts, for keeping passwords secret and for turning on two-factor authentication for privileged roles.

The person who creates a gym is its owner and can invite staff and grant permissions.

Your members and your data

The gym is responsible for its relationship with its members: its prices, membership agreements, waivers, refunds and how it uses member data. GymOS processes member data on the gym’s behalf (see the Privacy Policy).

You keep ownership of your data. You can export it at any time (Settings → Export) and ask us to delete it when you close your account.

Payments

Member payments go to the gym’s connected Stripe account; the gym is the seller. Stripe’s terms apply to that account. GymOS never stores card numbers.

Subscription fees for GymOS itself are [to be set; free during the beta unless agreed otherwise].

Acceptable use

Do not use GymOS for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to access another gym’s data or to interfere with the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will tell you in advance of material changes. You can stop using GymOS at any time and export your data first.
